With this acquisition, CertainTeed now owns and operates four window manufacturing facilities. An additional facility, currently under construction in Lebanon, Indiana, will start production in 2003. CertainTeed also owns a vinyl component extrusion plant in Hagerstown, Maryland.The Corona, California facility currently employs 250 people and is located about 50 miles east of Los Angeles. No change in employment levels is expected.
